We’ll build a decentralized ambassador network of 100+ micro-influencers (5k–25k followers) across targeted subcultures.
Selection criteria: High engagement, community respect, aligned lifestyle
Execution: Free product drops, personalized affiliate codes, custom discount links
Incentives: Trackable commissions, tiered rewards (free product, exclusive drops, spotlight features)
Goal: Learn who drives actual conversions, then invest deeper into top performers with co-branded content or exclusive collabs
Phase 2: Strategic Podcast Infiltration
We’ll send product directly to niche podcast hosts across wellness, cannabis-adjacent, action sports, and festival culture.
Focus is on earned mentions, not paid reads.
Capture authentic product reactions to repurpose in our content.
Some shows may join our affiliate system or create co-promoted content bundles.
Phase 3: Cultural Placement — “Always in the Room”
Instead of paying for event sponsorships, we’ll jailbreak the culture, placing product where it matters:
Green rooms, athlete tents, afterparties, sunrise recoveries
Organic gifting to artists, DJs, skaters, creators with no ask — just great timing
Run local product drops or small events & activations in key cities (Santa Cruz, Tahoe, Salt Lake, Austin, etc.)

Using hyper-local social media targeting and timed campaigns, we’ll amplify our presence:
