Accelerated Brand Build Proposal
Client: Refined Genetics | Brand: SENDiT
 
This two-month accelerated brand build will establish a strong proof of concept for the SENDiT brand. The primary objective is to achieve market readiness and proof of concept by mid-February and prepare for a high-impact presence at Spannabisin in March. 
 
Our pricing structure is unique in its monthly retainer model. We hope you see the value and simplicity of our approach and take advantage of what we offer and this process. 
 
Total Cost and Payment Schedule

  • Accelerated Brand Build (2 months): $24,000

  • Refined Genetics Brand Refresh: $6,000

  • Total Project Cost: $30,000


Initial Payment: $8,000 due by December 15, 2024

Proposal Objectives

  1. Establish a market-ready brand identity, complete brand creation, and packaging design.

  2. Facilitate SENDiT go-to-market strategy and implement a proof-of-concept before Spannabis.

  3. Co-develop a cohesive licensing and manufacturing strategy to ensure scalability and attract investors. 

  4. Deliver a professional investor packet showcasing the brand’s vision, market potential, and proof of concept, supported by multimedia assets.


Project Scope and Deliverables by Phase

Phase 1: Foundation

  • Name Selection and Licensing

    • Conduct thorough research and due diligence to secure a unique and compliant name.

  • Brand Identity Creation

    • Develop a cohesive logo, Brand messaging, and brand guidelines that reflect the brand's vision and market positioning.

  • Initial Strategy Session

    • Align goals, timelines, and proof-of-concept priorities with ownership.

Key Deliverables: 

  • Final brand name. 

  • Approved initial logo concepts.

  • Preliminary brand guidelines.


Phase 2: Asset Creation and Packaging Approval 

  • Packaging Design and Test Run Approval

    • Develop packaging concepts for the initial product line.

    • Facilitate packaging production approval to ensure delivery in February.

  • Website Development

    • Build a functional website showcasing product information, brand story, and investor resources.

    • Incorporate SEO best practices for online visibility.

  • Investor Packet Development

    • Begin crafting a compelling investor presentation, including a licensing and manufacturing strategy draft.

  • Packaging designs approved for production.

  • Live website with core functionalities.

  • Investor packet draft.


Phase 3: Execution and Refinement

  • Proof of Concept Facilitation

    • Collaborate on a cohesive licensing, manufacturing, and fulfillment strategy.

    • Co-create and assist in the initial rollout of test products in California dispensaries.

  • Final Investor Packet

    • Deliver a polished investor presentation featuring multimedia assets.

  • Website Completion

    • Finalize website with content and design optimizations for pre-sales and investor engagement.

  • Test products placed in California dispensaries.

  • Finalized investor packet with video and photography assets.

  • Completed website ready for scaling.


Phase 4: Pre-Spannabis Expansion 

  • Multimedia Asset Creation

    • Produce media for marketing and investor outreach.

  • California Proof of Concept Implementation

    • Gather feedback from dispensary rollouts to refine strategies for scalability.

    • Add POC process and documentation to the investor packet. 

  • Spannabis Preparation

    • Finalize materials and strategy for presenting SEND IT at Spannabis.

A comprehensive refresh of the Refined Genetics brand to modernize its identity and align it with the SENDiT initiative.

    • Update the website & logo

    • Incorporate SEO best practices for improved visibility.

    • Video edit about ownership and legacy of the brand. 

  2. Swag Design and Production

    • Design 2-3 swag items.

    • Coordinate production and deliver an initial run of swag for marketing use.
